Ammania Praetermisa
Common Name: Nesaea sp "Red"
Ammania Praetermissa is a rare stem plant that requires high light, CO2 and the addition of ferts to grow properly. Like other Ammania types, this plant has reddish purple leaves. This beautiful plant is not commonly seen in the aquarium trade as it is rarely farmed on a commercial scale.
Propagation can be achieved by taking cuttings from the main stem of the plant that are replanted into the substrate.
Remove the lead weight and sponge from the stems and plant each stem individually into your substrate.
