Dymax White Wool

The Dymax White Wool is a great edition to any filter system. White wool is dense and will work perfectly to trap and remove small particles from the water column. In addition to increasing mechanical filtration, white wool creates an ideal environment for beneficial bacteria to colonize on. Increasing the amount of beneficial bacteria in a system, helps maintain a healthy aquarium.

Wool should be cleaned regularly or replaced to maintain peak performance. Filter media should always be cleaned with aquarium water, as tap water may contain chlorines and chloramines that will kill bacteria.
