Description

Tree Root Driftwood is a newer type of aquarium driftwood. It features a trunk-like appearance with spokes coming out of its end making it perfect for underwater treescapes. This aquarium wood is already cleaned and ready for use. However, like all aquarium wood, Tree Root Driftwood is buoyant and can float upon initial use. We recommend boiling the wood before use or allowing it to soak thoroughly before placing it in the aquarium.

If this isn't possible, a heavy rock can be used to weigh it down and later removed once the piece of wood has become waterlogged. The dense cluster of tiny branches stemming from the main trunk is great for attaching Bucephalandra or Anubias to act as leaves. Aquarium moss will also help soften the overall look.

Specifications: 8-10" long
