Wolf Stone is a distinctive newer addition to the hobby, characterized by a medium-gray color and an incredibly rough texture. This natural rock is covered in sharp crevices and bumps across its entire surface, making it difficult to find a smooth edge. These features make it a premier choice for "wild" or aggressively styled hardscape layouts, similar in appearance to Seiryu Stone but with its own unique flair.
Because of its texture, we do not recommend using it with fragile-finned fish like Bettas, but it looks spectacular when paired with a variety of aquarium plants. Wolf Stone is also suitable for non-aquarium use and will work beautifully in terrariums, paludariums, or similar planted enclosures for a dynamic and wild look.

"The stone is beautiful and will make a great aquascape without too much uniformity in the texture of the stones. I prefer this to some as it tends to look more natural. However, I am a little disappointed in the lack of variety in the sizes I received. Just one more larger piece would have made all the difference, but most of the stones are a small-medium size with two barely larger and a handful of pebbles."

"20 lb wolf stone order came in decent time and the packaging was very well done with all pieces being intact. I received a couple larger sized pieces four or five medium pieces and a couple small pieces. Additionally, there were some little pieces of chipped rock at the bottom of the box. That will be great for using as small debris. I was a little hesitant about getting this stone as it was very expensive for the price but I think it's a 100% worth it. This stone is super unique and natural looking. It looks just like the small rock cliffs you'll see at some natural parks with some jagged and geometric edges. If you have a little extra money to spend, I highly recommend this stone."
