1. Will the Chihiros C Series LED fit on rimmed aquariums?
The integrated clip-on bracket is designed primarily for rimless glass or acrylic tanks up to 6mm thick. It will not fit onto standard plastic-framed or heavy-rimmed aquariums that exceed 6mm in total rim width.
2. Can I control this light with a smartphone app?
Yes. While the light comes standard with a basic manual dimmer, connecting an optional Chihiros Commander 1 Bluetooth Controller allows you to connect wirelessly via the My Chihiros App to schedule automated timers, set custom dimming levels, and program sunrise/sunset ramping.
3. Is the Chihiros C Series powerful enough for growing aquatic carpet plants?
