NICE GREEN..
Love the rounded leaves and the deep green color - healthy and happy Buce plant
GEE P.
Common Name: Bucephalandra Kir Royale
Bucephalandra Kir Royale is an easy plant that's perfect for beginners. The leaves are generally green and round, with newer leaves showing a golden, lime-green hue. It can be grown submerged or emersed. When grown submerged, leaves can display hues of purple and blue with small white speckles. The plant is a slow-grower, with new leaves sprouting from long, thin rhizomes. It can be propagated by cutting the rhizome and attaching it to driftwood and rocks using super glue gel or thread. The rhizome, where the leaves emerge from, should not be buried in the substrate to prevent rot.
For optimal growth and appearance, provide Bucephalandra Kir Royale with moderate lighting. It can thrive in a variety of water parameters, but maintaining stable conditions is essential. Aim for a temperature range of around 72-82°F and a slightly acidic to neutral pH level.
