"Set Up: UNS 20T w/ DIY CO2 and a puck light. I was really excited to try this, and the first set came in defective (water was flooding the diffuser). After speaking with support and troubleshooting over the course of a few days I opted for a replacement and it came in pretty quickly. For the second go around, I took extra precautions by cleaning the diffuser then soaking it in tank water for 24 hours. I attached it to the CO2 line the next day, popped in the mixer attachment and after the yeast bottle had a few hours to rebuild pressure, my tank was back to having happy plants. The mixer does make a difference, I'm seeing more pearling and quicker growth for my stem plants. I know it seems intuitive, but the mixer does lower the flow pressure, so an added bonus for my little tank is that I can finally put in red floaters without them melting. :D"
