Hi. I have a tank with a rim, unlike the rimless tank in the video. Will the curved loop at the top stretch a little to fit over a rim?

Hi guys, I have a 22 gallon long tank with dimensions of the UNS 90L - the medium size is too long as it comes to close to the bottom, but I was wondering if the small curved diffuser would be ok for a tank this size?

I have a Waterbox 6025 with glass thickness 15mm, would the large size with 13mm glass thickness compatibility (acrylic curved model) flex for an additional 2mm more to fit my tank?
