The Qanvee CO₂ Inline Atomizer delivers an ultra-fine, microscopic gas mist directly into your water column. This external design hooks up straight to your canister filter's return hose, letting your filter's output flow carry and dissolve the carbon bubbles effortlessly before the water ever hits your aquascape. Small, sleek, and highly practical, the entire unit unscrews effortlessly for routine maintenance and cleaning. Because it sits hidden away under your cabinet, it keeps your rimless setup completely free of visible interior equipment clutter.
Key Features & Benefits
- An external inline design mounts hidden away inside your cabinet, keeping your aquascape free of visible tubes and diffusers.
- The high-pressure internal ceramic tube pulverizes gas into a dense, microscopic fog for unrivaled dissolution rates.
- The fully modular body design unscrews easily by hand, making routine cleaning or internal ceramic swaps a breeze.
- Utilizes dual outer locking nuts to pinch your canister hosing down tightly, preventing catastrophic water leaks.
Product Specifications
- Material Base: Heavy-Duty Machined Polymer Housing with a Fine Ceramic Core.
- Gas Input Fitting: Standard 4/6mm pressure-line port with integrated compression lock.
- Working Pressure Demands: This high-efficiency atomizer requires a minimum operating pressure of 30 PSI. Make sure your regulator is capable of sustaining this output baseline before installation.
- Tubing Restrictions: This unit must be paired with high-pressure, braided, or pressure-proof CO₂ tubing only. Do NOT use weak, standard silicone airline tubing, as the 30+ PSI required pressure will cause weaker lines to expand and burst.
Model Hose Compatibility
- M1 Model: Fits standard 12/16mm (1/2" ID) canister filter utility tubing.
- M2 Model: Fits standard 16/22mm (5/8" ID) canister filter utility tubing.

Reviews
"Leaked for a little bit between the end cap and the clear acrylic. Not sure if it was a skill issue or a manufacture error? I opened and closed it. Seemed to do the trick! Otherwise the bubbles are absolutely microscopic! Really good saturation throughout the entire tank."
High quality
"High quality product! The gasket was not placed correctly when I received it so I had a slight leak but easily fixed it by making sure the seal was tight."

Get The Correct Size
"Was very excited to use this product but it doesn’t fit, I am run 12/16mm hose for my filter so I got the 12/16mm Diffuser but it is way to small for my hose. I am not exactly sure how the sizing is different but do some research to make sure you get the right size for your hosing."
Great CO2 Diffuser
"This Co2 diffuser works so well. Also helps that it doesn’t clutter the tank and the bubbles are extremely tiny."
"So far it's seems good"
Just as expected. Great bubbles.
"Just as expected. Great bubbles. Use with CO2 reactor to get maximum CO2 infusion. Very fast delivery."

"Easy to install. Best way to dissolve co2. Fairly priced. Good quality."
Q&A
- I am interested in buying this and attaching it to the outflow of either the Fluval FX4 or the FX6. I haven’t purchased the filter yet and can’t find anywhere where it tells you what the diameter of the hose is. Do you know if this will work with that filter and what size diffuser I should buy to go with it?
- Unfortunately, we do not carry Fluval and can only offer advice based on other sources. According to our research, the Fluval FX4 and FX6 canister filters utilize ribbed hosing with an internal diameter (ID) of 24 mm. This is not directly compatible with either size of the Qanvee atomizer. To use the Qanvee CO2 Inline Atomizer with your Fluval FX4 or FX6, you would need a hose adapter to connect the larger Fluval tubing to a segment of 16/22 mm tubing that fits the M2 atomizer. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks, and monitor the system closely after setup. Alternatively, consider other methods that are compatible with larger diameter hoses or designed specifically for use with Fluval FX series filters. Hope this helps!
- Does it have a built in check valve
- Hello Taylor, thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, the Qanvee CO2 Inline Atomizer typically does not come with a built-in check valve. Check valves are separate components in a CO2 injection system and serve the purpose of preventing water from siphoning back into the CO2 tubing. For more information regarding a check valve, you may search up "UNS Advanced Check Valve" on our website's search bar! If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to contact us at support@buceplant.com! Thank you, Team Buce Plant
- Is this capable of being submerged? I'm thinking about putting this in the rear of an all-in-one between the pump and outflow and it would likely be submerged.
- We highly discourage putting this in a submerged position. This inline aquarium CO2 diffuser is designed to be installed outside of the planted tank rather than being placed inside the aquarium.
- Will this diffuser work with the ribbed tubing that comes with the Fluval 7 series cannister filters?
- Hi Laurel, Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately we are not familiar with the Fluval 7 cannister filters. Please feel free to send picture of the tube to us at support@buceplant.com so that we can further assist you. Best Regards, Buceplant Team
- I'd like to hook this up to my Oase Biomaster Thermo 350 which has 5/8 inch tubing. Should I use the M1 or M2 version?
- Hi Phoenix, Thank you for reaching out to us! The M2 should fit the 5/8 inch tubing of the Thermo 350. Best regards, Buceplant Team
