"Would have gave 5 stars as they have quality products but they have no customer service. I updated my billing address didn’t see shipping until got confirmation number. I immediately emailed and continued to follow up for days as FedEx requires the shipper to change. Never got a hold of anyone they still haven’t responded over four days. Fortunately my old address is only an hour away and my aunt got the plants off the porch. We live in Florida so had the plants been left on porch over a few hours they would have died. Excellent quality products cannot say enough good things but can’t reach anyone via email and that’s the only option to reach out."
