Common Name: Hedyotis Salzmannii
Hedyotis Salzmannii is another aquarium plant with very little information available. Hailing from South America, Hedyotis Salzmannii is very similar in appearance to Bacopa Monnieri. It features bright green stalks with green leaves sprouting from it. From what is known, it is generally an easy aquatic plant and will readily grow in most aquarium conditions. Just like Bacopa, it is propagated through cuttings that easily take root in the substrate. It can be grown submersed or emersed.

"The tissue culture was very clean, and densely packed. There was plenty of culture there to spread throughout my aquarium to serve as a nice ground cover. The chunk was super healthy, looking a bright and deep green. The one slight issue I had was with the gel used. It was kind of tough to get off without completely separating the culture into individual plants."
