A Single Bar is ideal for centralized point-source spotlights or small puck lights. A Pair Set (2 Bars) is required for long strip lights or pendant fixtures (such as the UNS Titan 1 or Chihiros Vivid 2) that require two suspension cables on opposite ends of the tank.
2. Will this hanging bar fit rimmed aquariums?
The mounting clamps are designed primarily for rimless glass or acrylic aquariums up to 15mm thick. It can be installed on rimmed aquariums only if the total rim frame thickness does not exceed 15mm.
3. Are hanging wire cables included with this bar?
No. This listing includes the stainless steel bars and glass rim clamp assemblies only. Suspension wire cables are typically included with your light fixture or available as separate accessories.

"I haven't set the light bars up yet since they are for a future scape, but they arrived quickly and in good condition. I am docking one star from the overall purchase due to the packaging. The light bar itself seems to be in a good state, but they were shipped in a "single" box that was actually two halves of separate boxes that had been taped together. The light bars took up a small volume of the entire "box" and no additional material had been included to eat up some of the extra empty space. As a result, when the package arrived, it had been clearly been crushed at some point and the individual light bar boxes had been bent out of shape and torn into. Again, the bars themselves seem to be fine thankfully, but the rest of the packaging left something to be desired given the cost."

"I bought this for the looks—and it delivers! The aesthetic is expensive and chic, particularly compared to most of the competive products out there that are much more klunky and primitive in design and finish. The light fixture cord hiding design of this stand is great—makes the overall presentation looks so elegant and rich. It’s a little tricky to work with, wrangling the cord through. but worth it for the streamlined cord-less look. My gripes are minor. The clear plastic mounting screws look updated and great, but are more delicate and not as “robust” in feeling as metal screws in similar stands (Chihiros). The arms also, at full extension, tilt forward very, very slightly."
