"Everything came in fairly good condition. Two items were a bit banged up but alive. If the box had some packing materials added to fill the void space between the plants. Things wouldn't knock around during shipping. All the plants were out of their pots,just loose in the bags. Rock wool saved the roots but could be avoided with some crumpled paper or some peanuts. Unfortunately the most expensive one "Pink Lady" got the worst of it. There were three rhizome pieces, only one made it."

"For the health and quality of the plant I absolutely would've given this a full five stars, there was a huge mass and the leaves were very green and healthy (but not 3-color). It's currently thriving well in my tank. The problem with this order comes from the fact that this was clearly not a potted plant as I ordered. All they did was grab a chunk of their bunch plant and stapled it to a pot to hold it in place. The roots didn't even go into the rockwool, everything was just smooshed on top of the pot. Again the health and quality of the plant itself was great, but smooshing a bunch plant onto a pot and calling it a potted plant is sketchy as heck."
