2HR Aquarist - APT Balance

2HR Aquarist APT Balance is a beneficial bacteria supplement formulated to promote faster cycling and restore microbial balance in planted aquariums with soil substrates. It helps accelerate nitrification, improve microbial stability, and support healthier plants and livestock. The concentrated dry powder formula contains resilient bacterial strains that thrive in lower pH environments commonly found in aquarium soils and can be used in new tank setups or during ongoing maintenance. 

Each package contains two different bacterial blends: one focused on rapidly establishing nitrifying bacteria and another focused on breaking down organic waste and detritus. Safe to use with fish, shrimp, and other aquatic livestock, APT Balance can be added to newly set up aquariums, after filter maintenance, or anytime your aquarium needs a microbial boost.

Directions: Add 1 Pack A and 1 Pack B for every 26 gallons of water. Use a proportional amount based on your tank size (for example, use half of each pack for a 13-gallon tank).
*Note: Using more than the recommended amount is safe, but may temporarily cause cloudy water or a thin film on the water's surface.
