Blue Topaz Guppies are a hardy freshwater fish loved for their soft blue color and long flowing fins. Like most guppy fish, Blue Topaz offer energetic personality to any freshwater aquarium! They are favorited by aquarium hobbyists of all skill levels for their adaptability, peaceful nature and easy care. Guppies are a non-aggressive fish species and are a great choice for community aquariums.

Guppies are typically known as top-level swimmers but will swim to mid and lower areas of the aquarium from time to time. Guppies do tend to jump and should be kept in aquariums that have lids for security. They are a peaceful species and should be kept with non-aggressive tank mates. Mature shrimp are typically safe, but guppies may eat shrimp fry. Combat this with dense aquarium plant matter for added coverage! We recommend keeping a group of at least 4-5 guppies. 

Diet
Guppies are not picky eaters and will readily accept a varied diet. We recommend high-quality pellets, flake foods, frozen or freeze-dried foods.
