"Ordering hardscape online is always a gamble, but I'm happy with the 30 pounds of this I ordered. While still thin (it is slate, after all) the thickness of each individual piece is variable and the thickest ones are maybe an inch a half thick. Every piece looks like it was naturally tumbled so the edges are worn away and not sharp and jagged, giving them a natural appearance."

"These Dark Blue Slate Stone pieces will look great against the Black Diamond substrate. They will also serve a great anchors to glue some Annubias and Bucephalandra plants to.
