Full Gold Guppies are a great freshwater fish for any planted aquarium. Guppies rightfully earn a spot in the top 10 most popular aquarium fish for good reason - These fish provide vivid color, activity and life to any freshwater planted tank. They're available in a wide variety of colors, patterns and are an incredibly adaptable fish. This makes guppies great for aquarium hobbyists of all skill levels! The full gold guppy features golden color tones - Males have longer ventral fins that provide extra movement and interest as they swim.

Guppies are typically known as top-level swimmers but will swim to mid and lower areas of the aquarium from time to time. Guppies do tend to jump and should be kept in aquariums that have lids for security. They are a peaceful species and should be kept with non-aggressive tank mates. Mature shrimp are typically safe, but guppies may eat shrimp fry. Combat this with dense aquarium plant matter for added coverage! We recommend keeping a group of at least 4-5 guppies. 

Diet
Guppies are not picky eaters and will readily accept a varied diet. We recommend high-quality pellets, flake foods, frozen or freeze-dried foods.
