Lysimachia Nummularia Aurea, more commonly known as Creeping Jenny, is a beautiful variation of Lysimachia Nummularia that can be grown in both submerged and emersed condtions. It is common to see this plant in flooded areas in the wild and can be considered invasive in certain areas. This plant features rounded leaves that resemble coins and is a relatively easy plant to care for making it a popular choice amongst beginner hobbyists. This plant features a low growing pattern and will grow moderately, requiring periodic maintenance.

Creeping Jenny is known for being a good nitrate indicator and will readily absorb excess in the planted aquarium. When given good conditions, this plant does produce small yellow flowers.
