Came in dead and leaves fallen apart/folded

Out of 10 plants I purchased along with some hardscape materials, this is the only bad item I purchased. The plants were folded and half of them were fallen apart. And two stems were dead, making bad smell at their roots. So I discarded everything sadly..

Seemed to be dead

I want to start by saying the rest of my order was fantastic and I did not report this plant as DOA because of that, but I ordered stems and received two very limp and almost disintegrated stems with very weak, torn up leaves. I put them in a low flow area and within a day they were entirely dead and became food for snails. I'd order from the site again for sure but not this plant, I don't know what happened and really figured they'd bounce back, given how high quality everything else was.

Hey Sarah, Sorry for the late reply! We'd still be happy to help you with this. Please feel free to contact support@buceplanthelp.zendesk.com for further assistance in this matter. -Team BP
Beautiful plant but...

Plant arrived nice and green. Planted in my tank. Now dissolving away. Still has one healthy leaf. Hoping it will come back. The bulbs were super small on the one I got with no roots. Used the weight to hold it down. Beautiful, if it makes it. Think I’ll stick with the dwarf Lilly instead

Tiger lily

Beautiful portion plant was healthy ended up with 4 individual small plants

Beautiful plant but some stems arrived broken in the bag

2/3 of the stems of the lotus were broken/damaged in the bad. Luckily one survived and is doing well, with a new leaf already forming.
