"The stones were perfectly cut: none were too big nor too small when buying a 10 lb box of this sandstone. I bought these rocks to shelter my chocolate neocaridina shrimp before adopting a HMPK betta, and they seem to love their new caves. "I ordered on March 29th, never received them. My order receipt still shows “preparing shipment” so when I messaged them yesterday on the 18th of aprop asking to cancel the order they said it was delivered on the 11th and cannot be cancelled. So I am now waiting to see how they handle this. I’ve ordered from buceplant before and been super happy so I’m hoping to not be disappointed with them. I haven’t received any notification of when it should be delivered or that it’s waiting somewhere. NOTHING. So since it’s now Saturday I have to wait until Monday for a response."
