The Aquario Neo Holder is designed to fit a large range of in-flow and out-flow pipes. These holders sit on the edge of the tank rim and securely hold the Lily Pipes in place. Screws are used to adjust the diameter and ensure a snug fit.

"The newest version has great improvements over the originals, which always broke easily. Now made of thicker material, so much less prone to splitting. Also greatly improved are the nuts for the screws, they have made them twice as long so they are MUCH easier to loosen and tighten. Great upgrades!"

I purchase the Dymax Stainless Steel Lily Pipe and in base of my experience the holders that comes with Dymax does not work with the tank glass as perfect as the Neo holders clamps.
