"Initial order of 20 shrimp arrived in really poor condition, most were dead on arrival or dying in the bag of really horrible stinky water. Customer service to get a replacement was a huge hassle, that required a huge amount of time, emails, pictures, negotiations, and persistence. However, once Customer service finally agreed to replacement, things went fine. Replacement shrimp arrived in good condition, no issues, and are thriving. Personally, I won't be ordering livestock from Buceplant again based on how ridiculous the process to get the replacements were, but i will continue to buy plants from Buceplant, as that has always been a great experience."
"We'll start with the good thing, shrimp came quickly, the colors are vibrant and beautiful. Im disappointed in the shipping of the order as a whole, we order shrimps and a bonsai tree, paid for 1 day shipping and the tree came 4 days later, annoying but mayne they come from different places so fine. However we ordered 4 different colors, the green and the galaxy ones no problems, but the blue arried with only 2 alive and yellow/orange ones most died within 24 hours. They were boxed well. So all in all possibly would order again of ordering a larhe batch sinve the colors are so pretty but for the price and so many arriving dead and dying so quick I would not recommend as a whole."

"The Sunkist Orange Shrimp that survived are a great example of how hardy BucePlants raise their shrimp. I bought 12 and included the temperature control pack, all i can say is the temperature on delivery trucks must be outrageous. Once delivered, the box was inside and I opened to discover 4 dead neocaridinia, photo was taken to show contents for reimbursement purposes. A quick test of water temp proved to show 91 degrees F. I quickly started acclimating the remaining Shrimp to my water temp of 73 degrees using drip method, took about an hour. I had one more die during that transition. Fast forward two weeks and the remaining shrimp are doing very well, they've colored up nicely and all 7 are enjoying their new home."
"They do not offer replacements for the dead shrimp. $39.99 + $49.99 shipping is a lot for these types of shrimp and it was not worth it. There are better companies to purchase these shrimp from that are also more affordable and offer better customer support. So I will NOT be placing any orders of shrimp from this company in the future and would NOT recommend anyone to do so."
